These delicacies are pickled as soon as they are picked off the plant. All peppers used are picked from our organic farmacy. Brine is homemade from spices we grow on the farm! I take pride in growing with no pesticides, germicides, non GMO, completely organic.
All ingredients are fresh! If they are not from my garden they are locally & responsibly sourced! Included are dill & thyme from our farm, cane sugar, garlic & sea salt combined with distilled vinegar & water!
Use on just about anything to give extra flavor & a kick of heat! Peppers used include ghost, habanero, a jalapeno & hot lemon pepper mix & a habanero & Tabasco mix!
Use on salads, soups, meats & more! Small batches as we are a small farm! Comes in 8 oz jars!
